Police Investigating Sexual Assault

London police are looking for a suspect after a woman in the sex trade was sexually assaulted.

Police say the incident was reported to them on November 16. It's believed to have happened on or about Sunday, November 12 in the area of Central Ave. between Waterloo St. and Maitland St.

"Investigators would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed anything in the area or can help to identify the driver of a small two-door pickup truck with a cab and a half," police said in a media release issued Friday morning. "It is a model from early the 2000s, silver, in good condition and the last three digits of the Ontario plate is 1YF or IYF."

The driver is described as a Caucasian man, between 20 and 25 years of age, clean-cut, with a slim and athletic build. He had blonde hair and a blonde goatee.

Police says anyone who sees the vehicle or driver should call 911 immediately.
