Two people have been arrested after a violent home invasion near Kilworth on Tuesday.
Middlesex OPP say a person forced their way into a home on Elviage Dr. in Middlesex Centre around 4:30pm. Once inside, the person threatened the adult resident of the home with a weapon and stole various items.
The resident was not physically injured in the invasion and called 911 after the suspect took off.
OPP and London police, including members of the K-9 unit, set up a containment area and arrested a man and woman in connection with the incident.
Both are still in police custody. Charges are said to be pending.
