According to the Waterloo Region Record, the man in his 50s was unloading the granite from a vehicle Monday morning, when it fell on him at KW Countertop located at 149 Manitou Dr.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man worked for a London-based trucking company, but police have not released its name or the name of the worker.
Labour Canada is currently investigating the accident.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
