Police have arrested two men in connection with gunshots that were fired through an apartment door in south London.
One man was arrested Monday, the other was taken into custody on Tuesday, said London police.
Officers were called to a low-rise apartment building at 1588 Ernest Ave. around 10:10pm on Saturday after residents heard what sounded like gunfire. Investigators found a bullet had been fired through the door of one of the units. No one was inside the apartment at the time, but police believe this was a targeted attack.
Police are not looking for any other suspects in relation to this incident. They have yet to find the firearm that was used.
Charges against the two men who have been arrested are said to be pending.
