It happened around 1:30pm Sunday near Colonel Talbot Rd.
Police have not released many details on the incident, but the entire westbound side of the highway was shut down as a result.
The westbound lanes re-opened just before 3pm.

The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
