Hidden Camera Leads To Voyeurism Charge

A Middlesex Centre man is charged after OPP say a woman found a hidden camera pointed at a change room.

Police were called after a 20-year-old woman reported finding the recording device near a window and focused on a change room in a private home. The woman was not a resident of the home.

On Tuesday, police searched the home and seized several items, including cell phones and mass storage devices. A suspect, 44-year-old Scott MacDonald of Middlesex Centre, was arrested and charged with one count of voyeurism. He was released from custody with a court date of August 29.

Police are still investigating and are asking anyone with any information to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Anonymous tips can be submitted online at www.londoncrimestoppers.com or be calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
