Arthur Stevens had been described as a Caucasian male, 5'3", having short blonde hair with black streaks in it.
The last sighting had been in the area of Hill Street and Waterloo Street. Police and family had been concerned for his welfare.
London police said Sunday afternoon that Arthur had been located and is safe.
Police would like to thank the public and media for their help in resolving this matter.
