The London Knights earned their fifth straight win with a 3-2 shootout victory over the Barrie Colts on Friday.
After neither team scored in the first period, the Colts scored 16 seconds into the second to take the lead. However, Kevin Hancock responded for London by scoring 14:51 into the frame to tie the game heading into the third.
Connor McMichael scored 5:59 into the third to give London a 2-1 lead, but the Colts tied the game again by scoring in the final 19 seconds of the game to force OT.
After no scoring in overtime, the Knights earned the win in a shootout.
The Knights are on home ice again on Saturday to face off against the Kitchener Rangers at 7 p.m.
