Woodstock police charge two people after Fentanyl bust in Ingersoll

A 25-year-old Toronto man and a 35-year-old Woodstock woman have been charged in connection to a drug bust in an Ingersoll home.

Police seized about $25,600 worth of the drug Fentanyl.

Both people have been arrested and charged with trafficking and possession of a controlled substance.

This comes after Woodstock police warned residents of a string of Fentanyl related overdoses last month.

Anyone with information about the case or information relating to drug trafficking is being asked to contact Woodstock police at 519-537-2323 or Crime Stoppers 421-TIPS (8477) or toll free at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
