Police seek suspect after girl touched inappropriately

London police are asking for help identifying a man suspected of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl.

Police said the incident happened Wednesday night near Sherwood Forest Mall on Wonderland Road North.

Investigators said the girl was near the mall when she was approached by a man who began talking and walking with her for a short distance when he inappropriately touched her. The girl ran home and police were contacted. Police said she did not suffer any physical injuries.

The male suspect is described as black, in his late 30s or early 40s, 6’3”-6’4” tall, and very thin with short dark hair, dark brown eyes, and a noticeable accent. He was wearing a black t-shirt with gold on it, dark-coloured pants and black shiny shoes.
