Police seeking federal offender with ties to London

A man who police say is known to spend time in London is wanted by police for breaching his parole.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for the public's help in finding Jerome Dalton Williams, 30. He is on parole, serving a four-year sentence for several firearms and drug convictions.

Williams is described as a black male, 6'0" tall, 196 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his chest, left upper arm, and right forearm.
