Myfauray "Wyn" Humeniuk of London went missing on Friday at around 11 a.m, after she was seen heading south on Wellington Road near Commissioners Road.
Her family and police were concerned for her welfare. However, she has since been located and is safe.
Police are thanking the public for its assistance.
