Police seeking missing Belmont man

Provincial police in Elgin County are asking for the public's help as they search for a man who has been missing since Tuesday.

Frederick Leader, 46, of Belmont was reported missing at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. He was last seen in the town of Belmont.

He is described as a white male, 5'11" with a medium build. He has dark hair and brown eyes.

"Frederick was last seen wearing a dark t-shirt and plaid shorts and may be operating a 2010 Dodge Ram, black in colour, bearing Ontario license plate number 3232YA," police said in a news release issued Thursday morning.

Anyone seeing Frederick is asked to contact the Elgin County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
