An 18-year-old man from Middlesex Centre has died following a collision in Strathroy-Caradoc on Friday evening.
According to Strathroy-Caradoc Police, around 4:52 p.m. 911 calls started to come in that a serious motor vehicle collision had just occurred at the intersection of Glendon Drive and Amiens Road.
Strathroy-Caradoc Police along with the Ontario Provincial Police, Strathroy-Caradoc Fire Services and Middlesex London EMS responded to the scene.
"There were several occupants in one of the motor vehicles who suffered injuries, and all were transported to hospital in London for treatment," police said in a media release. "One of the occupants, an 18-year-old Middlesex Centre man has since died as a result of injuries caused by this motor vehicle collision."
The name of the deceased will not be released.
The investigation is ongoing and police are asking that any witnesses or anyone with information about the collision call them at 519-245-1250.
