Two people are fighting for life after a serious crash north of Aylmer on Tuesday morning.
Elgin OPP, Malahide Township firefighters, and paramedics were called to Imperial Road between Lyons Line and Mapleton Line after two vehicles collided around 7:35 a.m.
The drivers of both vehicles were rushed to hospital with injuries described as "life-threatening."
Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
The stretch of Imperial is closed with no indication when it will be reopened. Drivers are being told to expect delays on alternate routes.
