Police seeking sex assault suspect

London police are asking for the public's help as they look for a suspect in a sexual assault.

The assault happened around 10 p.m. on September 5, 2019. According to police, a woman was leaving the Parkjam music festival in Harris Park when she was inappropriately touched by a man.

"The assault occurred on Harris Park Gate in the area of the Queens Avenue overpass," police said in a news release issued Friday. "The victim was not physically injured in the incident."

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 30-35 years old, 5’4”- 5’6”, with a slim build, very short dirty blond or light brown hair, a beard, and an eyebrow ring above his right eye. He was wearing khaki-coloured shorts and a white long-sleeved shirt with blue sleeves.

Police have released a surveillance video that shows the suspect in hopes that someone can identify him.
