Man accused of exposing himself, sexually assaulting woman arrested

Sexual assault and forcible confinement charges have been laid against a 23-year-old man accused of exposing himself and touching a woman at a north London business last month.

London police arrested the man-hours after releasing photos of a suspect in the incident in the area of Adelaide Street and Fanshawe Park Road.

A woman was standing in the vestibule of a business around 8:20 p.m. on February 21 when a man walked up and exposed himself. The woman was then touched inappropriately. She was able to escape without being physically hurt, police said.

Brian Jerzy Brzychczy, 23, of London is charged with one count each of sexual assault and forcible confinement. He was scheduled to appear in London court in relation to the charges on Tuesday.
