A man from London is among three people facing charges after a home invasion and robbery in Woodstock last month.
Just after midnight on February 1, a resident of Woodstock called 911 to report that they had been robbed in their home. A lengthy investigation led to the arrests of three suspects a few weeks later. On Monday, Woodstock police announced that charges have been laid in the case.
Jordan Hilliker, 21, of London is charged with break and enter, wearing a disguise with intent, possession of a dangerous weapon, robbery with a firearm, pointing a firearm, forcible confinement, failing to comply with a court order, possession of ammunition contrary to a prohibition order, and possession of property obtained by crime.
Liam Ede, 18, of Woodstock is charged with break and enter, wearing a disguise with intent, possession of a dangerous weapon, robbery with a firearm, and forcible confinement.
Dylan Demelo, 19, of Woodstock is charged with break and enter, wearing a disguise with intent, possession of a dangerous weapon, robbery with a firearm, forcible confinement, and possession of property obtained by crime.
According to Woodstock police, Demelo and Hilliker are also charged with break and enter and possession of property obtained by crime in connection to a break-in at a home on Victoria Street on December 27, 2019.
