A 44-year-old Dresden woman is facing an arson charge after a vehicle fire in Port Stanley.
Firefighters with the Central Elgin Fire Department were called about the blaze on Colborne Street near Charlotte Street around 2:30 a.m. last Friday. Crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire and no one was hurt.
Both the OPP forensic identification section and the Ontario Fire Marshal investigated the cause.
Correna Fuller, 44, of Dresden was arrested in relation to the fire on Tuesday. She has since been charged with arson and failure to comply with a release order.
