The Woodstock Police Service said a Landrover SUV entered the intersection of Devonshire Avenue and Lansdowne Avenue and collided with a marked police cruiser on Sunday at around 12:08 p.m.
No injuries have been reported but damages to the vehicles are estimated at around $1,000.
A 48-year-old Woodstock woman is now charged for failing to stop at a red light.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
