Police seek federal offender with ties to southwestern Ontario

A man known to spend time in various communities across southwestern Ontario is wanted by provincial police for breaching his parole.

Daniel Goulden, 35, is serving a seven-year, three-month and 13-day sentence for weapons trafficking, possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a weapon, being unlawfully at large, and operating a vehicle while disqualified. A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Goulden is described as Caucasian, 5'8", 150lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his right arm, back, and both ankles.

According to the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad, Goulden is known to frequent London-Middlesex, Oxford County, Perth County, Huron County, and Waterloo.
