One person is dead after a collision in Malahide Township on Friday night.
Elgin County provincial police responded to the single-vehicle collision on Imperial Road around 11:35 p.m.
Members of the OPP, Malahide Fire Services and Elgin County Emergency Medical Services attended the scene and located the vehicle fully engulfed in flames.
The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased.
The roadway was closed for several hours while police investigated.
