A fire that started from the kitchen of a residence on Horton Street has caused $20,000 worth of damages.
Members of the London Fire Department were called to the residence on Saturday night. Firefighters were able to contain and extinguish the blaze.
Fire officials said two people were assessed at the scene but refused to be taken to the hospital.
Crews started to clear the area just before 10 p.m.

Shortly after, around 11 p.m. on Saturday, firefighters were called to another kitchen fire at a townhouse complex on Jalna Boulevard. The fire was contained to the kitchen area. No injuries were reported.
