The landlord was at the rental property on Wednesday night to make undisclosed repairs when the female tenant began arguing with him. As the landlord was leaving, the tenant is alleged to have thrown water on him.
St. Thomas police were called and the tenant was arrested without incident.
The 45-year-old woman is now charged with one count of assault with a weapon.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
