The warning was issued by Environment Canada around 11:15 a.m. Sunday for London, Strathroy, Komoka, Western Middlesex County, Parkhill, Eastern Middlesex County.
The weather agency ended the warning nearly an hour later, shortly after 12 p.m. However, a severe thunderstorm watch is still in effect for the region.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
