The two separate incidents happened at plazas at 1275 Highbury Ave. N and 1365 Huron St. between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. last Friday.
Neither woman was physically hurt.
Dennis Peter Teremchuk, 30, of London has now been charged with two counts of sexual assault. He is scheduled to appear in London court in relation to the charges on October 1.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
