London police were called to the collision on Wonderland Road South near the Highway 402 off ramp around 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
Two people were taken to hospital, one with injuries police described as life-threatening.
A section of Wonderland Road and the northbound and southbound 402 exits were closed for several hours while police investigated the cause of the collision. It has since reopened.
Windsor police were busy once again dealing with a pair of stunt drivers in as many days.
