A pedestrian who was rushed to hospital Wednesday night after a collision has died.
"At approximately 7:15 p.m., a vehicle was travelling eastbound on York Street, near Colborne Street, when a pedestrian was struck," London police said Thursday. "The driver remained on scene and emergency crews arrived shortly after the collision."
The pedestrian, whose identity and age have not been released, was rushed to hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries. Police announced Thursday morning that the man died in hospital.
