London police say the collision happened around 1:20 p.m. on Hamilton Road near the Bob Hayward YMCA.
It's not known how serious the injuries are.
A stretch of Hamilton Road between Highbury Avenue and Gore Road was closed while police investigated.
It re-opened around 3 p.m.
Police are still working to determine what caused the collision.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
