Police seek missing woman

The Woodstock Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 28 year-old Hailey Benedict of Komoka.

Benedict is described as female, Caucasian, approximately 5’9, 100 lbs with short brown hair with blonde highlights, and blue eyes.

She was reported missing on February 24 around 9:50 p.m.

Her last known location was getting off a train at the Woodstock VIA Station on Henry Street around 8:20 p.m. while enroute to Toronto. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket, black leggings, black mid-calf boots, with a black backpack and suitcase.

Family and police are concerned for her welfare.

Anyone with information in relation to her whereabouts is asked to call the Woodstock Police Service at (519)537-2323 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent in anonymously online.
