Murder suspect arrested

A second suspect who was wanted in a stabbing death of a London man has been arrested.

London police announced on Friday that Jonathon Christopher Ysebaert, 27, was arrested Thursday night in Mitchell. He was wanted on a charge of second degree murder in the death of 28-year-old Alex Pacheco (shown below).

The London man died in hospital Monday night after he was stabbed at a home on Hilton Place. Pacheco is the city's second homicide victim of 2021.

A 26-year-old man was arrested at the scene. Jessie Aaron McConnell is charged with second degree murder. Ysebaert faces the same charge.
