A teenager is facing charges after police in Woodstock got reports of a person with a weapon.
Around 4:30 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to reports of a male with a weapon at Southside Park.
As a result of the investigation, a 15-year-old was arrested and charged with possession of an imitation weapon for a dangerous purpose and unauthorized possession of a weapon.
Under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the accused will not be named.
