Charges have been laid against a London man and the search continues for a second suspect after guns were stolen from a Strathroy home during a break-in.
Strathroy-Caradoc police were called to the home on Beattie Street on Wednesday. The resident reported several firearms, ammunition, and other hunting weapons had been taken.
A 42-year-old London man was arrested in relation to the break-in. He is charged with breaking and entering, possession of a firearm or ammunition, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and driving while prohibited.
Police continue to investigate and are looking for a second suspect. He is described as Caucasian , tall and in his 30’s. He was last seen getting out of the passenger’s side of an older model grey Ford sedan.
