Federal NDP leader making campaign-style visit to London

NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh will be in London on Thursday.

Singh will be touting his newly released plan to create one million new jobs across the country. He will be joined by London Fanshawe New Democrat MP Lindsay Mathyssen outside of Goodwill Industries on Horton Street East at 11 a.m.

In announcing the job creation plan in Windsor on Wednesday, Singh said an NDP-led federal government would hit its jobs goal by investing in new infrastructure, public transit, homes, and transitioning to a carbon-neutral economy.

Singh will also make stops in the afternoon at the Glen Cairn Community Resource Centre and at Atlohsa Family Healing Services to meet with staff.
