The London Police Service said Kenneth Weston went missing on Friday in the area of Clarke Road and Trafalgar Street.
Family and police expressed concern for the man's welfare, however, Weston has since been located.
Police are thanking the public for its assistance in locating Weston.

Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
