Senior charged in sexual assault of teen

London police say a 76-year-old man is facing charges after a teenager was sexually assaulted last month.

According to London police, the girl was sitting in a park on Grosvenor Road on Friday, May 6 when a man sat down beside her. He offered her a cup of dried corn to feed to some geese that were nearby. It's alleged the man touched the girl in a sexual manner. He then left the area in a vehicle.

The incident was reported to police on May 24 and an investigating was launched.

Police announced Wednesday that Neale Gordon Kenney, 76, of London is charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.

He was released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for July 19.

"Investigators believe there may be additional victims," police said.
