Woman filmed while changing at London public pool

Charges have been laid against a 22-year-old Arva man after a woman changing in a bathroom stall at a public swimming pool in east London was filmed.

The woman was in a private change room at the community pool on Sunday when she saw a cell phone being held above the stall, pointed in her direction while she was changing.

The woman exited the stall and confronted a man who was leaving the adjacent stall.

A person who witnessed the interaction called London police.

The woman and man were not known to each other, police said.

A 22-year-old Arva man has been charged with one count of voyeurism. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 28.
