The teen was walking home last Thursday when she noticed a pickup truck was trailing behind her. The girl made it home safely.
She called OPP the next day.
After a short investigation officers arrested a 53-year-old Norfolk County man. He has been charged with criminal harassment and is scheduled to appear in Simcoe court on April 3.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
