London police received multiple 911 calls about a man wandering the streets with a rifle.
Offices flooded the area and found a man with what turned out to be a pellet gun.
He was arrested without incident, police said.
No injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
