Charges have been laid against a 60-year-old man after a person was spotted committing an indecent act on a Tillsonburg street.
A person called Oxford OPP after seeing a man on Allen Street commit the offence around 7 a.m. last Friday. The man was said to be walking in the street at the time, police said.
Following an investigation, a 60-year-old Tillsonburg man was arrested. He is charged with committing an indecent act contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused will appear in Woodstock court in relation to the charge at a later date, police said on Monday.
