A 42-year-old Aylmer man is facing charges after a person was assaulted and a television smashed.
Aylmer police were called to a family dispute inside a local home last Thursday.
Officers determined the argument escalated with a TV getting smashed and a man attacked.
There is no word on the severity of any injuries.
The 42-year-old has been charged with one count each of assault and mischief, police said on Monday. The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in St. Thomas court next month.
