A fire at an apartment in downtown London is now considered suspicious by police.
One person was taken to hospital after the blaze on Tuesday afternoon.
Fire crews responded to 186 King Street sometime before 3 p.m. for a fire reported on the third floor of the building.
In an update at around 4:15 p.m., fire officials said the fire had been put out.
At around 5 p.m., the fire department said firefighters were continuing to ventilate the building to clear carbon monoxide levels from several floors above where the fire started.
Two people were treated on scene by paramedics, while another went to hospital with minor injuries.
London police closed King Street at Richmond Street temporarily while a fire investigator are investigated the scene.
By 6:30 p.m., fire crews started to clear the area while a fire investigator remained on scene to determine the origin and cause of the blaze.
On Wednesday, London police said the fire is being treated as suspicious, and that roughly $100,000 in damage had been done.
