Man charged after multiple vehicles damaged in west London

A morning vandalism spree that saw over half a dozen vehicles damaged in west London has ended with charges against a 37-year-old man.

London police received multiple 911 calls shortly before 8 a.m. on Thursday about a man who was going street-to-street using a metal object to damage vehicles.

Officers arrived and arrested a man without incident.

At least seven vehicles were damaged on Farnham Road, Brixham Road, and McMaster Drive. A damage estimate has not been provided.

A London man has been charged with seven counts of mischief under $5,000 and one count each of mischief over $5,000, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and possession of a weapon. The man remains in custody and is scheduled to return to London court on July 12.
