Sunday's 'Pottahawk Pissup' was tame compared to years past.
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) estimate nearly 600 boats and approximately 2,000 people attended the annual gathering.
"This year's event saw hundreds of boats descend on Pottahawk with no major issues observed or reported," Norfolk County OPP's Interim Detachment Commander Jeff McNorgan said.
On the water, police said they laid a total of nine charges between Saturday, July 8 and Sunday, July 9; three were in relation to the Liquor Licence and Control Act (LLCA) and six were related to the Canada Shipping Act.
On land, officers arrested and charged one person with impaired driving. A total of 19 charges were laid under the Highway Traffic Act and one under the LLCA.
OPP attribute the lack of any serious, potentially fatal incidents to the presence of emergency services.
"The OPP would like to remind everyone during events like this and certainly throughout the entire year, there is no safe level of alcohol consumption when you operate a vessel or motor vehicle," McNorgan added.
