Two Londoners have been arrested in connection with a large drug investigation in the city.
Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Elgin-Middlesex Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), London Police Service (LPS) Emergency Response Unit (ERU), and Canine Unit conducted two search warrants at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
The first involved a vehicle located in a parking lot on Hamilton Road. The second was at a home on Sasha Crescent.
Police seized $110,000 worth of contraband including:
• two kilograms of suspected cocaine
• scales
• packaging material
• 9mm ammunition
• cell phones
• a large quantity of currency

"This investigation was yet again another successful collaborative effort with the common goal of disrupting the drugs present in our communities," said Acting Detective Inspector Charles Lorway, OPP West Region Crime Prevention and Investigations Manager.
A 26-year-old and a 27-year-old, both of London, face drug possession charges.
