St. Thomas police are investigating after bullet holes were found in a high school portable in the city.
Officers on community patrol were called to the unnamed school Thursday. Staff at the school told police they noticed two bullet holes in the portable while prepping for the upcoming school year.
Police searched the area and found two 9mm shell casings nearby. It was determined the shots were fired at the portable building sometime over the summer months.
Video surveillance is now being reviewed to help identify a suspect or suspects, police said.
