Police looking for 'blue SUV' in fatal pedestrian collision

London police are now looking for a blue SUV as they continue to investigate the tragic death of an elderly pedestrian.

William "Bill" Robinson, 83, of London died on Sunday, November 12 when he was struck by a vehicle as he walked along Adelaide Street North near Glenora Drive. The collision happened around 5:30 p.m.

"The vehicle involved remained at scene, however through the course of the investigation, police believe a second vehicle was involved," police said. That second vehicle is believed to be a blue SUV.

Police are asking anyone who may have information about this SUV, or has dash-cam or cellphone footage of the area at the time of the collision to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent in online anonymously to London Middlesex Crime Stoppers.
