Norfolk County OPP are investigating a fatal collision that occurred along Hwy 3 Friday evening.
Emergency services responded to a two-vehicle collision around 6 p.m. in Woodhouse, Norfolk County.
According to police, one of the drivers, a 79-year-old resident of Norfolk County, sustained severe life-threatening injuries and was taken to a trauma centre, where they were later pronounced dead.
A portion of Hwy 3 was closed for several hours as police conducted an investigation but it has since been reopened.
