The crash happened at the intersection of Wellington Road and Baseline Road East.
In a social media post, police said the vehicle remained on the scene.
Information on charges and the pedestrian's injuries were not immediately available.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
