Environment Canada's Sunday evening warning that travel may be hazardous ended by Monday morning.
The weather agency issued a Winter Weather Travel Advisory for London-Middlesex, Oxford, and Brant counties.
It said that a brief, intense band of snow would move through the area.
A statement warned that heavy, blowing snow may suddenly reduce visibility.
"Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Slow down driving in slippery conditions. Watch for taillights ahead and maintain a safe following distance," the advisory said.
